Venezuelans protest as TV station goes off air Country's oldest private TV broadcaster was critical of the government
CARACAS, Venezuela - Venezuela’s oldest private television station went off the air following President Hugo Chavez’s decision to pull the plug on the popular channel harshly critical of the government, a move that sparked violent clashes between protesters and police.
Is it likely that the creator of numerous quasi-constitutional tools designed to pursue his agenda, will create, to take its place alongside the Roosevelt Corollary, the Clark Memorandum, and Roosevelt's "Good Neighbor policy", something along the lines of a "Bush Addendum" to the Monroe Doctrine, which will justify action to take out Chavez?
Thoughts?

I'm assuming that you are referring to a Bush Administration attempt to covertly overthrow Chavez' illegitimate regime.
Sorry...can't buy into it.
Until the New York Times chooses to reveal more national security measures, I refuse to believe it.
