en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Unites_States_cities_by_crime_rate_%28100%2C000_-_250%2C000%29"The following table of 2005 murders is based on Federal Bureau of Investigation Uniform Crime Reports statistics that initially became available in September 2006. The data is available on the FBI 2005 statistic site and is downloadable in Excel format. Populations are on the FBI spreadsheet which they say is based on U.S. Census estimates. The number of murders also includes nonnegligent manslaughter. The data is sorted on basis of murder rates and then by violent crime rate. Data is not complete for all locations -- especially in Illinois. Rates are based on cases per 100,000." Hurray for Mistah Mayuh Buhnahd Kinkaid and his gospel singin' police Chief Annetta "Satan Made 'Em Do It" Nunn !!!

If there was a competition for most murders and rapes, then yes.
But since there's not, it's just a stain of bad reputation on the city.
Oh, and the people being killed.

Sure, I was just putting out maybe there's a need for a contest to give out a reward to the city with the most murders. The reward being locked down by the National Guard and investigated by the FBI.
You'd think if NYC could improve their crime situation, then Birmingham could do the same. First thing to do is arrest Satan; Nunn seems to believe he's the cause of much of these murders so getting him out of the way would be the first step. Next, mandatory church services for the population of Birmingham and urging by the preachers that all who are guilty of sin should step forward. Those who step forward are obviously guilty of murder and should be incarcerated.
Problem solved and Birmingham is led forward into a new era of prospertiy and nonviolence by Archbishop Nunn!

Who cares? It's on the other side of town anyhow. Who gives a rip if some drug dealers get whacked? Nobody important is getting killed.
