The video of the people burning the effigy of the soldier and the flag was sicking and painful to watch. I am all for people's freedom of speech and their right to expression. I have had more than one family member who went of too war and was willing to give their life for that right. [glow=red,2,300]However, it needs to be explained to them that they have those rights because of the brave men and women who are willing to go defend them!!!!![/glow]and yes a president who wasn't willing to be pushed around by a bunch of thugs! It is funny that while they were protesting they wore masks. Were they not proud of what they were doing? The answer is NO! so they hid just like a terrorist. Someone needs to explain that to them that they are lucky to live in a country where they have that right.

Didn't that used to be called treason? If your not for the country then your against it whether you agree with the war or not. Protest the war, don't show hate to the soldiers who are there...it wasn't their choice to go.
I saw a news broadcast with mexicans burning an upside down flag.
Ill try to find it.

Are you referring to the "peace march" that took place a week or so ago in Seattle?
If you are, it gets MUCH worse than just buring an American soldier in effigy (although that's pretty damn bad).
One of the protesters actually dropped his pants and took a dump on the American flag.
You can find video of this 'act of peaceful protest' on Michelle Malkin's website if you care to.

I wonder how many of them know what honor or pride feels like? I wish more people would look at the show notes page and watch it all the way through.
