Some asked for it here it is - I have no clue what the response will be so I made a few leagues. The AL leagues are Live Draft leagues with the date and times next to them. NL are Autodraft leagues.baseball.fantasysports.yahoo.com/b1/register/joinprivateleague_league_select?.scrumb= All the passwords are "attackit" AL East (online March 31st 1PM) League ID # 146335 AL Central (online March 31st 3PM) League ID # 146360 AL West (online draft on March 31st 5PM) League ID # 146384 NL East (autodraft) League ID # 146394 NL Central (autodraft) League ID # 146488 NL West (autodraft) League ID # 146495 Now here is my favorite player for no reason. It is a crime he is not in the Hall of Fame.

I love Fantasy Sports. I have been in the same Keeper league for 15 YEARS!!!! I've played fantasy Nascar (boring), MLS Soccer (OK but always a small league-imagine that) and Baseball.
I'd be down with this but i have 1 question. The one time I played was a USA Today league and it was great with one exception. You could buy extra trades, and the leaders would simply buy extra trades and make sure their players were always playing....basically spending their way to where their players didn't have to endure off days. Does that make sense?
p.s. the link would not let me in.

You must sign up for a free yahoo account to access the leagues.

rich, the sporting news leagues i play have similar rules...you have to BUY trades to have a chance to win....last year in the second half league i spent the maximum $99.95 to buy all the trades allowed and finished in second place overall for a $1500 prize.
since i have winnings from last year, i plan to put most of that into the cdm and sporting news challenges this year.
to win takes DAILY actions in that type game so the time involved is huge.

If I remember right there was no maximum in the USA today league. $1500 is pretty sweet for playing fantasy. Fantasy sports are awesome!!!! alot f the benefit of gambling in terms of generating interest in games where there would ordinarily be one, without the costs!!

on the link page hit "home" then you can join, but we do need the league ID and passwords to get in the right leagues.....the other method is to be sent invitations and join from those links.

i have never played in draft leagues, but will try these, the research required for the other money leagues should be just as valid here as there

How many total teams have signed up?
Are there enough so that we can consolidate?
Opening day is Sunday-
Are we a go or a no?

If we are a no go-perhaps we can at least join one of the free existing fantasy leagues together?
I'll be off line this weekend-(Moving in town) just a thought.

This is ESPN its free and I just joined- You need to do a quick espn fantasy memebership (also free) took me 2 minutes. I just grabbed a league so who knows what we are getting into but better than nothing-format looked similar-head to head, autodraft. etc. I hope i do better than my brackets!!!! Any problems let me know. games.espn.go.com/flb/leaguesetup/st/ownerinfo?leagueId=72928&mode=join

Good job Dale-
Hopefully we can get BillT and whoever expressed an interest. I posted the link on Volquest as well so maybe we can get 5 more. Boy those Sonnier Brothers will be suprised if we fill up their league. Have a great day!

Dale- Have you figured out how to enter your line up? Not to sound like a total loser but I'm a little confused. It says 15 starters, but I'm not sure how to select players from my roster for the daily line up.
And No, I didn't get up at 4:41 to check out how the draft went-moving in town today and may be off line till get settled in-any help would be appreciated. Thanks Bro!

Dale-
Do you find the way the keep the records kind of weird?
Since it was head to head, I thought we would both be 1-0 but i guess its how many catagories you win each week is a win.
