has anyone been on the walk on Vulcan....imagine it 3000 feet higher with a glass floor... No doubt "FULL BODY SHUDDER" it would make my knees give out.

I wonder how long it will be before someone base jumps from it. That was my very first thought, also. I'm up for 60 seconds of freefall any day, but there's no time to deploy a reserve when you're BASE jumping. They can keep that stuff!

It'll probably turn into a hotspot for base jumpers. Maybe they can hook up a bungee chord and charge people to jump.
Cool idea for a kodak moment and I'm sure it's a beautiful sight at sunset...but I still say no thanks.

Bungee....that would be a rush....4000ft without a parachute and a 1000ft recoil......if the line dont break......YES!!!!

Ceck this out. There are 3 rides atop the Stratosphere in Vegas- 900ft up. One being the roller coaster that goes around the edge (scariest ride of my life) and then there's this thing... www.youtube.com/watch?v=JHpyPOxveBA Can't wait to try it.
